MY GOAL
MY STORY
Hey, I'm Adam. I live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, with my wife Jess. I'm usually found in a coffee shop or attempting to learn John Mayer songs on the guitar.
Growing up I was always into drawing, art, music and generally anything creative. I came across photography in my early 20's and I knew immediately that I had found what I wanted to do. I spent years working for established wedding photographers, learning from them whilst picking up skills and experience that really helped build a great foundation for my own wedding photography business. That was well over 10 years ago and over that time its taken me to some stunning venues across the world whilst meeting some amazing couples. It really is such a privilege to photograph someones special day and that always means so much to me.
Having only gotten married myself last year I really understand what goes into planning a modern day wedding and how you'll feel on the day. I understand that everyone is different and I always love to make sure we have a proper talk about your day beforehand, so I know a bit more about you and what's most important to you on your day.
My goal is to capture photos that are timeless and elegant whilst being natural and authentic. They should be unforgettable moments and memories you'll want to share with family for the rest of your lives.
Wedding days are full of energy, excitement and emotion and my aim is to capture that exact feeling so you can see it in your final album. What I find the most exciting about weddings is all those small emotional moments, like a subtle glance at each other or a guests emotional reaction. It's these little moments that will tell the perfect story of your day when you look back through your album.
I don't believe in overly posed photos, I think they can look a bit awkward and stiff, no one wants to remember that on feeling on their wedding day! So my goal is not to pull you from pose to pose, every photo should feel comfortable and reflect a moment that you want to remember. Only on a few occasions will I guide you or suggest some ideas so you aren't feeling lost or unsure.
Being your photographer on one the most important days of your life means I'm not only there to photograph your day, but I'm there to support you every step of the way. My goal is to capture your day but my priority is to make sure you're having the best time.
If you think we would be a good match, please feel free to get in touch.
